The ProLine 400 is a small footprint, yet powerful Functional Tester designed for both prototype and production line testing, such as electronic components for a variety of industries.
ProLine 4000 is compatible with all National Instruments Software and Hardware and it supports Mixed-Signal (Digital, Analog and RF) via standard PXI modules and Rack-n-Stack Instruments.
Several types of interfaces are available via Virginia Panels’ mass interconnect modules (front) and array of standard D-sub or circular connectors (back). WinSoft’s unique design enables replacement and reassignment of the connectors in a matter of seconds.
Custom electronic modules, bed-of-nails, Interface Test Adapters (ITA), fixture and cables are available per customer’s specifications.
The basic configuration includes modules such as Power Supplies, DMM, Digitizer, and Switching and can be modified to fit a wide range of functional test applications from high-volume PWB/PCB testing, to medical device validation.
The ProLine 400 variety of signals and mass-interconnect / connectors interfaces, enables the testing of different devices and Unit Under Test (UUT) with one test system.
