Interface Test Adapter - ITA

WinSoft provides a wide range of Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) and Fixtures to meet the most challenging  functional test requirements. We have solutions to meet test applications, with high frequencies, voltages and current. Our fixtures mate with standard ITA interfaces, including all Virginia Panel products and MacPanel; We support PWB, final assembly applications, JTAG and mixed signals - Digital, Analog and RF.

Our ITAs and Fixtures are used in a variety of industries and include high density, vacuum and chamber considerations, pogo pins fine pitch and RF probing.

Custom Functional Board Fixtures, in many configurations to meet your particular PWB test needs are available with single or double sided probing.

As part of our fixtures and ITAs design, we provide all the cables and harnesses necessary for connection to sub-assemblies and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) via standard connectors or special DUT mounting. Other features such as temperature control, Teflon coating, twisted pairs, calibration offset and heat sinking are supplied based on the DUT requirements.
 

Our mechanical and electrical designers provide special consideration to: High-volume testing which require minimum testing time per UUT , RF shielding, low loss, phase matched and phase stable, high temperature for environmental testing, Space-qualified and MIL-STD specific connectors.
