A successful performance of your ATE is only 50% of the story; We at WinSoft pay extra attention to the other 50%, a.k.a., Documentation, maintenance, packing and after delivery support.

For example, WinSoft invests thousands of dollars per year in its backup servers and storage devices (backup array, emergency data retrieval hardware, anti Virus tools, etc.) so that your projects’ documents will be available for years to come.

All our documents (Mechanical design, Schematics, wire list, BOM, and even shippers and QA certifications) and source code are saved under a version control system.

Our systems and products are delivered with a full set of documents for you to rebuild them if you wish. Additionally,  we can help you redesign your documents per your standard or MIL-STD. Our engineers are knowledgeable  to work with a wide range and styles of documentation.

 

When it comes to maintenance, WinSoft can update and enhance older test stations to meet new requirements. Whether it is a new DUT, changing test specifications, or obsolete instrumentation, we have the best obsoleteness solutions . If you have obsolete or intermittent equipment in your station that can no longer be economically supported, WinSoft will help you to reuse your current software and save $$$ while developing a replacement plan. Our obsolescence solutions have been used for the last 5 years with all major Mil/Aero companies. For after delivery, WinSoft offers various levels of support, tailoring to each individual project or specific customer needs, such as on-site services, four-hour response capability (24/7), next day response, and return to factory program. WinSoft also provides system support for all hardware, software, and fixturing.
